THE re:ACTION PRINCIPLES WORKSHOP SERIES

These short, 3 hour long workshops are designed to deepen our understanding of our our body, mind, and internal self. 

Each month a re:ACTION PILATES Teacher or Special Guest will help us gain knowledge through a combination of

lecture, active learning, and movement. 

Our 2020 workshop series has been carefully curated to focus on the internal and the external. Well first study the foundations of body movement and then move beyond to mind, and our interactions with the outside world.
