re:ACTION PILATES Founder, Christy Crowley has been in the world of dance, movement, and Pilates for thirty years.
She began her Pilates career after her professional ballet career ended and she credits Pilates with giving her a positive relationship to her body after struggling to maintain one for years as a dancer. She's been teaching the Pilates work for over twenty years and knows first-hand the power movement can have over the health of a body, mind, and spirt. She believe we were designed to move and when we stop, disfunction starts. That's why her mantra is "take ACTION. Become AMAZING". She knows that even small actions toward movement can have a big and lasting impact.
